Familiarize yourself with a sewing machine and the basics of sewing. This is a very basic class for those wanting to get started with sewing. If you have your own machine, bring it in, if not use one of ours. By the end of the session you will be able to properly thread the machine, load a bobbin, get familiar with a couple of stitches, and trouble-shoot when things go awry. We will make a zippered pouch using remnant fabric . This class is highly recommended for novice sewists who want to attend sewing class workshops.
